Individuals are barraged with requests from multiple organizations on a daily basis, so proactively ensuring that your nonprofit is positioned to best tell its story is a necessity. In addition to believing in your organization’s mission, donors want to understand how their support will really make a difference, and they need to trust that their contributions will be used wisely. An important part of building this trust is providing the information donors want in a clear, concise, and compelling way.

This webinar will look at various ways to accomplish this, starting with your website, as well as through print materials, third party information providers, and social media.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will learn about recent research pertaining to what donors are looking for before giving and how they are finding this information.
  2. From this knowledge, participants will learn tangible methods to improve the ways they are proactively communicating with donors.
  3. Participants will also learn the best tools and strategies for communicating accountability to donors online.
