GOAL OF POSITION: Assist with the verification and review of information and documents submitted by charities using the Accountability Wizard, as well as with the marketing and communication tasks to encourage nonprofit participation in the Accountability Wizard review process.
POSSIBLE DUTIES:

Assist with the review process, including preliminary verification of information and documentation provided by charities.

Write, edit and distribute communications to current and potential Wizard participants.

Conduct prospect research of potential Wizard participants.

Make follow-up phone calls to recipients of Wizard promotional materials/communications.
-
Promote Accountability Wizard participation to nonprofits.
-
Write, edit and post nonprofit-related content to website.

Answer donor inquiries via phone and e-mail about nonprofit organizations and their solicitation requests.

Research/Special projects as needed.

Administrative duties as needed.

TIME COMMITMENT: 3-6 month commitment (exceptions for January- and May-terms). 10-12 hours per week. Flexible schedule within office hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri.
