    CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
The Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) was founded with the purposes of the Latino community to take responsibilities of our own growth, meaning that we are accountable to the community as a whole for the responsible management of its institutions too. Because of that, and since the inception of the organization, we implemented board governance policies and criteria, as well as internal control systems, and all the processes needed, that would allow us to run our nonprofit organization in a fiscally responsible manner, and in order to fulfill all related responsibilities not only for our membership, but also before the philanthropic institutions that support our mission, government entities, and our community as a whole. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the Charities Review Council for giving us the opportunity of showing our supporters that we are taking our responsibilities seriously
