CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
LIfeSource is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation. We understand the public has trusted us with these precious gifts of life and believe it is critical that each staff member, volunteer, and partner we work with operate with integrity and uphold the highest standards in accountability. Our commitment to accountability is evidenced by our outstanding Quality and Regulatory Affairs program which ensures LifeSource maintains appropriate accreditation and standards. Each employee is required to participate in an annual review and testing of appropriate policies and procedures, OSHA training and corporate compliance training. We at LifeSource have the distinct privilege of working closely with donors and their families to ensure their gifts are received by those in need and successfully transplanted. We provide compassionate and sensitive support to the families and have processes in place which ensure their confidentiality is respected.
