    The American Red Cross Twin Cites Area Chapter audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 reported a deficit of $1,433,855. Excluding the investment loss of $1,773,585, which was caused primarily by the unfavorable worldwide investment market conditions, results in an operating excess of $339,730.
