CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
We are very excited to have gained the seal of approval of the Charities Review Council. With the many donation requests that every individual is faced with, the Charity Review Council sets a base standard of organizational integrity. We are strongly committed to these standards of accountability. Much of the funding for our programs comes from Federal, State, and private grants. Each year, however, the need for our services outweighs our funds.
We have been serving veterans and their families throughout Minnesota for more than 15 years. Our mission continues, as a new trend in homeless veterans is emerging from the Gulf War and the ongoing wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. These veterans are facing many issues as they return home, and in some cases, the challenges can be overwhelming. Our organization is there to support all veterans.
Veterans are part of every community and together we can assist those that once served us.
