    CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
The staff and board of Helping Paws (HP) are committed to operating with the highest standards of accountability. We are proud to be recognized by the Charities Review Council for meeting all accountability standards. Likewise, Helping Paws is an active member of Assistance Dogs International and abides by its standards in training service dogs. Helping Paws, Inc. is celebrating 20 years of furthering the independence of individuals with physical disabilities through the use of service dogs. The “dogs in the blue coats” are hard- working companions that allow their human partners to live more independent lives and to achieve an enhanced quality of life. By helping with many daily living tasks, the dogs help to promote self confidence and renew self-esteem for their partners. The friendship and companionship provided by a Helping Paws service dog are priceless; these dogs are truly a gift of independence If you have any questions about the review, would like additional information about Helping Paws or to make a contribution, please contact Pam Anderson, Director of Development at 952-988-9359, ext. 12 or panderson@helpingpaws.org.
