CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW: CAPI – the Centre for Asians and Pacific Islanders – has demonstrated itself to be a program of both high quality programming and commitment to meeting the highest standards of financial accountability. As an innovative agency, with a culturally diverse staff and board, CAPI is recognized for the development of partnerships and collaborative programming as a major strategy for achieving consistently high performance goals, while serving refugee and immigrant populations. With the advent of a new executive director, following a successful capital campaign to completely renovate and refurbish our building, CAPI is now ready to develop its next strategic plan. This will be a time of growth and improvement on the organizational level, with attention to insuring that CAPI continues to meet or exceeds all standards for a non-profit agency. We welcome inquires from donors and others about any aspect of our programs, administrative structure, or the agency in general.
