CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW: The Community Emergency Assistance Program, Inc is a community based non-profit agency dedicated to providing information, referral, advocacy and assistance to low-income families, senior citizens and adults with disabilities. The organization was first formed in 1970 to serve unmet needs of community residents in northwest Hennepin County. Our mission is to stabilize individuals and families in financial distress and maximize their ability to live independently and with dignity.
