MISSION
Mission Statement: The mission of CEAP is to stabilize individuals and families in financial distress and to maximize their ability to live independently and with dignity. Vision Statement: Individuals and families in the northern Twin Cities will have their basic needs met with dignity and will secure the skills and resources to achieve self-sufficiency. The community will be stronger, more stable, and more cohesive as a result of CEAP's leadership and services.

    CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
    The Community Emergency Assistance Program, Inc is a community based non-profit agency dedicated to providing information, referral, advocacy and assistance to low-income families, senior citizens and adults with disabilities. The organization was first formed in 1970 to serve unmet needs of community residents in northwest Hennepin County. Our mission is to stabilize individuals and families in financial distress and maximize their ability to live independently and with dignity. CEAP’s service area includes East Champlin, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, part of Camden in Minneapolis, all of Anoka County and Mounds View, New Brighton in western Ramsey County.
