CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW: People Incorporated is the Twin Cities’ largest nonprofit providing a spectrum of interrelated services to help people with mental illness and other brain disorders live independently in the community. We’ve been responding to the great need in our community for effective mental health services since 1969, and now operate over 40 programs in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Helping people with mental illness requires great flexibility and creativity. That’s why we start with the person first—developing innovative, effective services that provide the care, resources, and connections that will help each person live with dignity, hope, and meaning.
We are committed to integrity and accountability in all aspects of our work—from developing programs and services that follow the best practices in mental health care to making sure our funds are spent in the best way possible.
