CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW:
Memorial Blood Centers is an essential health resource for our communities. Blood is universal in the treatment and cure of disease. It is instrumental in the survival of accident victims. Blood is highly perishable. The demand is constant. The supply is not.
Blood recipients are cancer patients and organ recipients. They are children with sickle cell disease and hemophiliacs. Blood recipients are burn victims and surgery patients. A safe and readily-available blood supply is a medical imperative. | | | NON-CASH DONATIONS
