To help Minnesota charities demonstrate their trustworthiness to the public, Marquette Financial Companies is encouraging charities to use the Accountability Wizard through the Wizard Incentive Program.

QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

1. Review Request Notification: If you received a postcard from the Council relaying a review request, your enrollment fee may be reduced by 50 % (up to $200). Discount Code: "Request a Review 08."

2. Hunger Solutions Minnesota: If you are a member of Minnesota Hunger Solutions your enrollment fee may be reduced by 50 % (up to $200). Discount Code: "Hunger 08."

INSTRUCTIONS & DEADLINES:

• Documents, document checklist and payment must be received by November 30th, 2008
• Please write in the new fee amount. (Available at the end of the pre-enrollment in document checklist and payment form)
• Write appropriate discount code on document checklist form.
