Provided free counseling to 173 unduplicated young people and adults. Ninety-one percent of Teens Alone clients were reunified with their family when their case was closed and 96% were safely housed. Teens Alone administered its bi-annual customer satisfaction survey to 64 school personnel with 42% responding. Respondents indicated that there are many things they appreciate about Teens Alone, including: “regular presence in our schools, responsiveness, meaningful interactions, confidentiality and collaboration.” Satisfaction with Teens Alone was measured on 5 dimensions, using a 5-point scale where “5” was set equal to “very satisfied.” “Overall service was rated 4.23.

To provide a free and confidential crisis intervention and prevention counseling program for almost 300 young people and family members. More than 90% of Teens Alone clients will be reunified with their family when their case is closed and 95% will be safely housed.
