During 2010, Project FINE: Served more than 2,500 newcomers through educational programs. Provided 6,592 Advocacy and Information Referrals Spent over 1,400 hours working one-on-one with middle and high school students throughout Winona County Developed 4 Resilient Partnerships to strengthen the Diversity Youth Quest program Provided $5,000 in scholarship funds to first-generation college students from immigrant and refugee families. Provided Diversity Education to over 300 individuals. As part of the Voices in Harmony program, participants donated 702 pounds of fresh produce to the local food shelf. Project FINE staff spent more than 225 hours to ensure that newcomers in Winona County completed their 2010 Census forms. New programs and educational sessions during 2010 included: Resilient Organizations - Diversity Youth Quest Partnerships Voices in Harmony program Census Education Sessions Farm Laborer Training project Citizenship Classes Developed Strategic Plan for 2011-2014
Current Goals
To meet and maintain compliance with all Charities Review Council standards. Develop new programs and educational offerings to meet identified needs in the community. Project FINE Board of Directors will participate in ongoing Board Development Activities. Focus on implementation of 2011-2014 Strategic Plan.

Winona County and surrounding region, including Goodhue, Wabasha, Olmsted, Fillmore and Houston Counties in MN and Buffalo, Trempealeau and LaCrosse Counties in WI.
