In 2013, Project FINE served over 2,500 newcomers through educational programs.
Developed 5 new educational programs based on community needs.
Provided 6,902 hours of advocacy and information Referrals.
Awarded scholarships to 4 high school seniors from refugee and immigrant families.
Served 209 middle and high school students through youth programs.
Provided Diversity Education to over 500 individuals.
Hosted a Capstone Event for the Cultural Arts & Ancestry project, with 481 community members attending.
Gave 200 books to young children through the Learning Together program.
Project FINE Executive Director Fatima Said received a Virginia McKnight Binger Award in Human Service for her work and was recognized as a Welcoming America Champion of Change at the White House. She was also a presenter at the National Immigrant Integration Conference in Miami.
