In 2012, One Heartland was able to send more than 600 children and families to its camp programs throughout the United States. Through consistent evaluation of their experiences, we continue to improve upon our programs and facilities while attracting consistent, and many times growing, numbers of volunteers and campers.
Secure the financial well-being of the organization; increase year-round programs; expand into new program areas; capitalize on technology to reduce expenses; increase staff/volunteer levels; increase volunteer retention; maintain a safe, beautiful and functional facility; continue to innovate to reach and engage donors; improve cash flow.
