Promote and educate the Anoka County community in alternative dispute resolution techniques which encourage peace and harmony in the community; and

Mediation Services for Anoka County uses conflict resolution information and services to help families, neighborhoods and communities resolve their disputes. We served over 10,000 people in 2012, generating 454 cases that resulted in 234 mediations. This was the result of almost 2,000 volunteer hours in addition to 2.5 paid positions.
To continue improving online access to information and required forms for potential clients.
To identify new ways to work with young people to help resolve their conflicts in school and at home.
To involve more local service organizations, churches and communities in the mission of our organization through education and outreach.
