MAXIMIZE ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY<p> -Staff reorganization that eliminated some positions and restructured others to produce a more efficient and effective supervision and programmatic output.<p> ANTICIPATE AND ADDRESS CHANGING MEMBER AND COMMUNITY NEEDS<p> -Provided more options, with a more varied schedule for summer childcare <p> -Provided new models of programming to meet the needs of the expanding "Baby Boomer" generation<p> -Provided supportive and life enriching services to older adults<p> -Explored the changing demographics of our surrounding neighborhoods and continue to provide<p> services and programming that meets the needs of our community<p> NURTURE, STRENGTHEN & DEEPEN CONNECTION TO JEWISH CULTURE<p> -Continue to supervise the St. Paul community consultant from Israel, who develops and implements a wide range of programming that informs and interests our community.<p> -Offer monthly programs centered around Jewish Cultural arts.<p> -Develop and implement a Jewish Educational curriculum for our Nursery School and Summer Camp programs<p> EXPAND THE JCC BEYOND ITS WALLS<p> -Partnered with over 50 other St. Paul agencies, non-profits and businesses to provide programming that impacted thousands of people<p> CREATE A CARING, LIVELY ENVIRONMENT THAT IS WELCOMING AND INCLUSIVE<p> -Provided opportunities for over 150 individuals with disabilities and special needs to experience social, developmental, and physical growth in an inclusive setting.<p> -Developed, implemented and trained our staff to provide the best customer service which makes each individual feel welcome and part of our community.<p>
