Accomplishments
We signed a contract with Water.org and began a 2 year - 60 well rehabilitation, drilling and community development initiative. We signed a contract with DINEPA and began a similar 30 well initiative on La Gonave. We drilled 37 new wells and rehabilitated 23 more. We built the public secondary school in La Viktwa that opened in October, 2010. We began working on the Pignon town water system. We held 2 in-house special leadership and communications training for our entire staff and reorganized. We raised and spent $150,000 for relief work, mostly involving water, in the earthquake zone.
Current Goals
Maintain schedule and continue into year 2 on Water.org well drilling and rehabilitation project. Complete DINEPA well drilling and rehabilitation project on La Gonave. Complete contract negotiations with Cap Haitian Rotary and begin 7 community well project with them. Complete negotiations with Landmark Education to facilitate Landmark in bringing the Landmark Forum to our staff and partners in Haiti in 2012. Continue reorganization and hire president over entire organization in U.S. and Haiti. Have GAAP-based audit of financials in Haiti. Complete negotiations for contract with SECOSA for town water system in San Raphael and begin work. Complete Phase I Pignon water system. Raise funds sufficient to build public high school in Rankit is 2012.

In theory, the entire country of Haiti. In reality, we serve as many communities in Haiti for which we have the resources and who are a demand for our community development work.
