In 2010, Fairview Health Services improved the health of the communities we serve through:
- 5.14 million outpatient encounters
- 1 million clinic visits
- 74,159 inpatient admissions
- 10,330 births
- 168,778 emergency department visits
- 10,025 behavioral inpatients served
- 205 blood and marror transplants
- 278 organ transplants
Current Goals
Fairview Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization that exists soley to raise funds in support of Fairview Health Services. Fairview Health Services has identified five goals to help us achieve our vision of being the best health care delivery system for America, in partnership with the University of Minnesota:

- Effective and efficient use of resources
- Strategic growth
- Nation-leading research and education
Community or Constituency Served
Fairview Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization that exists solely to raise funds in support of Fairview Health Services. As a nonprofit health care system, Fairview Health Services serves the entire population, across demographic lines.
Geographic Area Served
Fairview's hospitals and clinics are located in Minnesota and serve patients from throughout Minnesota, the region and the world
