College Possible served 12,000 students in 2012-13. College Possible's juniors increased their ACT scores by 22%. 98% of seniors completed the FAFSA. 98% of College Possible seniors were admitted to college, 95% to a 4-year school. 85% of students accepted, enrolled fall semester. Overall, 93% of College Possible students have enrolled. College Possible's college students are graduating at 5 times the rate of their low-income peers.
Current Goals
The goals for College Possible are as follows: (1) identify low-income students interested in improving their chance of college completion; (2) increase their academic preparation and ACT/SAT scores; (3) increase their understanding of the college admissions and financial aid processes; (4) assist them in applying to college; (5) improve their rate of admission; (6) assist and guide them in entering college; and, (7) support them as they work toward college degree completion.
