CLUES programs are designed to provide access to resources and opportunities for clients and empowering them by harnessing their strengths and honing their skills. Services are delivered through a family-centric model that addresses the needs of individuals and families and as building blocks that lead to self-sufficiency. In 2013, CLUES served over 10,000 clients at 5 locations. We reached approximately 19,000 more people through trainings, fairs, and in home visits through the Community Health Worker and Family Services program. Our four areas of impact are Health and Family Well-being, Educational Achievement, Economic Vitality, and Cultural and Civic Engagement.
CLUES major goals as stated in the 2014-2015 Strategic Business Plan:
1. Deliver community value: We will focus CLUES’ portfolio of services to provide the most relevant, highest quality, and financially viable programs and services to advance our mission.
2. Ensure organizational viability: CLUES will invest and capitalize on our employees, volunteers, leadership, finances, and infrastructure to improve organizational health and viability.
3. Advance and strengthen the greater community through leading efforts that amplify outreach and marketing to ensure resources, opportunities, engagement, and higher levels of wellbeing are advanced for Latinos.
