CLUES programs are designed to provide access to resources and opportunities for clients and empowering them by harnessing their strengths and honing their skills. Services are delivered through a family-centric model that addresses the needs of individuals and families and as building blocks that lead to self-sufficiency. In 2013, CLUES served over 10,000 clients at 5 locations. We reached approximately 19,000 more people through trainings, fairs, and in home visits through the Community Health Worker and Family Services program. Our four areas of impact are Health and Family Well-being, Educational Achievement, Economic Vitality, and Cultural and Civic Engagement.
