Accomplishments
-Processed claims for over 15,200 children in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program, providing reimbursement to providers that served healthy and nutritious meals.
-Sponsored 3 early childhood education conferences that over 600 providers and educators attended
-Assisted Public Assistance clients in finding quality, reliable and affordable childcare, so they participate in training which will lead to full time employment
-Provided on site consultation with family child care providers with an emphasis on social/emotional development to help maintain stability for the child and quality of the child care given by the provider
-Held monthly support group meetings for Kinship/Relatives as Parents
Current Goals
-Develop a meaningful "smart" board report that coincides with strategic plan
-Hire the right people for the new growth and developing staff for their positions, including the management team in leadership development
-Create a fund development plan with the board
