Accomplishments
In 2010 and 2011 we were a "Gold" Council on our balanced scorecard; we made planned progress on 90% of our strategic plan goals; and we had slight market share growth for the fifth year in a row.
Current Goals
In 2012 we seek the same: to be a a "Gold" Council on our balanced scorecard; make planned progress on 90% of our strategic plan goals; and achieve youth market share growth for the sixth year in a row.
Community or Constituency Served
Our working vision is that Northern Star Council shall be a positive influence in the lives of 100% of the youth in the communities we serve.
Geographic Area Served
Most or all of 21 counties in Minnesota, and four western Wisconsin counties.
